I'm sure this is nothing new, but i found a ~$40 dollar Cellphone jammer on DealExtreme. So far the reviews are looking pretty good. It has support for jamming: GSM, CDMA, DCS and PHS. I'm yet to order mine (i'll give you a review when i do) but it's definetly something i'll be buying at some point. If you've got the 40 bucks laying around i'd definetly suggest getting this (assuming you have a use for this, but who doesn't?).
